We have not posted here since COVID in 2020. But we’re back! I’ve mentioned this database here and there since 2016-2018 (hence the coverpage), but now I think it’s time to share the raw contents with you.
I changed the pdf viewer from the original post, which should enable you to expand the document including in a separate browser tab (hover the mouse over the document, then click the arrow in the top right corner of the viewing window). The content is voluminous, so this new embedded version will allow you to view the full content better.
