This is great!! Thanks so much. I believe I have found the baptismal entry for my 3rd great grandfather Francois Maurice Milon – so of Maurice Milon and Felicite Forneret!! If any one else is researching the Milon’s my email is [email protected]
Dear Joseph, as Francisco/François was baptized as an adult on 7 June 1783, along with a few dozen other adults, on the same day and with difference masters, the record does name their parents. It notes that he was negro, with the following baptismal sponsors: Francisco – mulato libre and Félicité – negra esclava of Mr. DUVISO.
