On 8th January 2016, Oliver Mayeux developed a simple Windows keyboard layout for Kouri-Vini. As Oliver pointed out upon its release: “this will allow you to type quickly and easily using all the accents and special letters.”
You can download it here.
Once downloaded, simply unzip the .zip file and follow the instructions provided in the Readme file.
